Holistic Nutritionist, Acupuncturist
I have been working as a Holistic Practitioner since 2003. My passion for helping clients, both people and animal, reach and maintain good health and vitality through holistic techniques has led me to learn and develop my own dowsing technique to access imbalances in the body. I have a special interest in digestive health and food sensitivities which lead me to write 3 cookbooks to support those with food sensitivities to wheat, gluten, dairy and eggs and also for those wishing to become more plant based.
Most recently, my accomplishments include the publishing of my 4th cookbook, Gluten Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Pumpkin Recipes which are available online and through your Amazon.
Acupuncture and cupping treatments are also used in my practice to reinforce the body’s natural healing abilities.
My emphasis is on correcting nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, through dietary & lifestyle changes and acupuncture to restore balance to the body.
I can also be found on Rogers TV as a community producer for several shows focusing on digestive health.
