Fatemeh T. Khorassani
MBSR & MSC Teacher
I worked for a period of time as a lawyer in Iran, but over time I realized my path was leading me elsewhere – toward a deeper understanding of the human mind, emotions, awareness, and the way we experience life .
The inner calling led me into the worlds of psychology, mindfulness, self-compassion, and personal growth. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and have continued my professional training through international mindfulness and self-compassion programs, while also developing a deep interest in neuroscience and contemplative practices.
As I began practicing mindfulness more seriously , I experenced profound changes in my own life. Gradually, I realize that many of the answers I had been searching for externally were rooted in presence, silence, and a kinder relationship with myself.
Rumi’s writings and Peasian contemplative literature have long been a source of inspiration for me – reminders that what we seek in the outside world often need to be rediscovered within.
Part of my personal and professsional journey has been shaped true silent retreats, mindful gatherings, nature, and contemplative practice. Today, I create compassionate and midful spaces where people can reconnect with themselevs more gently and rediscover the deeper potential already living within them.
